Hazzydays

Had a Columbus, OEM bluetooth, voice control and some other little tweaks fitted to my VRS by these guys just after I bought my car. They did an outstanding job of fitting the kit I wanted and at a competitive price. About a month ago my bluetooth started playing up and wouldnt work. I contacted Gareth and the team down at Hazzydayz and have to say that the after sales sevice was bloody brilliant. No hassle, no quibble and very supportive. The talked me through all the things I could try myself in an attempt to reset it but unfortunately none of these worked. They were going to come out to me to test and repair it but as I was going down near where they are based I said I would go to them.

Arrived at the agreed time, was instantly greeted with a nice cup of coffee and made to feel welcome. They removed the bluetoth box, put it on their test lab, couldnt reload the firmware to make it work and then without hesitation simply installed a brand new unit. Like I said, no hassle, no quibble fantastic after sales customer service. They may not be the absolute cheapest out there but are very competitive and use nothing but original OEM kit. In my opinion their standard of work and the way they care for your car is second to none. From my personal experience I can't reccommend these guys highly enough. Been absolutelt fantastic.

They were very good with me too.

Yep - used them on two of my VAG cars - not the cheapest but very good service!
