Who do you use to buy silicon hoses and blanking caps from? Iv used ash from ebay recently and was sent a hose with a split in. Iv sent them messages with no reply so i wont be using them again.

Don't message them, just open a case on eBay or paypal. Messages will get missed, open cases against them will not.

 

Any seller is going to get the odd defective product through their doors, I'd give them another go. They do seem to be THE major seller of that stuff on eBay with their various IDs.

I got lucky with the pipe because the split was after the length i needed. I sent him a msg and he doesnt seem bothered. Not even a apology so ideally i wanted to go else where.

Well if you weren't going to use it or exercise your consumer rights what did you want him to do? Complain more dude, gets you stuff :P
