Looking to find someone local to me (25 mile radius of Bristol) to do what I think is a simple paint job, simply flat back the doors and front/rear wings and respray to match colour code (9156). Basically its had batten-burge stickers on the vehicle (police) and they have taken lots of the clearcoat off and generally fubared the paint job on four doors, front o/s wing and rear wings, plus small touch up / blend on the lower bonnet edge.

 

I have a budget circa £600 to spend and would like it to look half reasonable ie no runs, see through paint etc. If I had the kit I'd do it myself but seriously if anyone knows someone OR does this as a hobby, I'm prepared to pay them for their time and even help out doing prep work if they like.

 

 

I would of said that would be a full respray of 1k plus. Are you sure the clearcoat is been damaged? Might be cheaper to wrap the car.

Thanks for your reply I did look into wrapping the vehicle but they seemed to think that the paintwork finish would possibly show through as its pretty bad in places and not so in other...
