octavia mk3 lower door cleaning.

Featured Replies

How are people cleaning the dimpled bit at the bottom of their mk3 octavia's (or other cars with similar) door's?

Having a white car, I just can't get them clean easily.

I use diluted APC as a prewash and apply with a worn/old mf wash pad

Apply Autosmart Tardis (Tar remover if it needs it) and leave to work for 5minutes..wipe away

(Due to the dimpled coating, claying is not needed)

Then powerwash and wash as normal with the rest of the car

I then protect it with wax or sealer...as the rest of the car...The more protected it is, the easier to wash it is and tar spots dont stick wither
