Hi everyone,

Got a brand new VRS but the passenger window doesn't seem to automatically open or close even though the switch has two positions when you pull and push it.

I've tried the usual hold the switch up etc but it's made no difference as I thought this might re-set the system.

I take it the VRS has an automatic passenger window?

Sounds like the window needs to be taught how to open and close automatically.

Dont 100% quote me on the process but its something like open the window fully and hold the button fully down for 10 seconds or so then do the same in reverse to close the window.

Unlikely there is anything wrong with the car.
