The HU needs to be fitted to the car it was originally used with for the dealer to get the code. They can only get the code online, and VAG verify the serial number against the VIN of the car. They can get the code for you for £20, but only you can get it and nobody else.

Sorry no dab or bluetooth as standard but you can add the phone module under the drivers seat.

I spoke to my local dealers yesterday & was told the same - hence ill temp refit it & pop down for them to sort the code out for me so it will be sold with the code included.

Hi not sure m8 i think it only fits new models but i could be wrong.

This is for the superb, the bolero for the octavia is a different shape.

Not sure if you can swap the fascia though, in that case it may still fit the octavia.

Maybe worth asking in the ice section where people know a bit more than me!

To be honest i only removed it to fit my rns315 as i wanted satnav & phone functions otherwise i would have kept it.

If anyone collects & pays cash ill take £110 & ill help fit it inc any vcds coding required
