New Yeti - retrofit DAB on new Bolero possible?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a new Yeti being handed over to me this Friday and I am super excited!

One thing I wished I ordered was the DAB upgrade for the new Bolero infotainment system (with Mirrorlink) - would have cost me just over £100 but hey too late now... Or is it?

I'm wondering what it would take to get it added after delivery... would I need extra module? Would I need a new head unit? Would I need a new aerial and cabling? Or is it just a firmware upgrade on the head unit?

I would like to stay with a fully integrated solution like factory fitted. Any insights/ideas would be most welcome!

biglunn, what did you end up doing with your Bolero system? Was there an easy DAB upgrade possible?
