My PSI gauge is at a constant vaccum 23ish on idle, and iv had like max 9psi out of the Octavia TFSI vRs,

Question one what's the PSI at full chat the octy is meant to put out.

Question two what do I put in terms of sea level value if I'm located in Scarborough North Yorkshire , choosing between -14.7 , 0 ,14.7 one of the three?
