Can someone please point  me to or post the English instructions for BSD.  My bottle is all in German.

Ill add to that if I may Mike:

 

1. Fold a soft MF cloth into 4 to make a pad

2. Spritz a very small amount of BSD onto a panel

3. Spread evenly...a little goes a long way

4. Turn the pad over and buff off...DO NOT LEAVE IT TO DRY!!

5. Repeat until the whole car is done

6. I always then get a clean MF towel and buff lightly, the the whole car

 

EDIT: Apply to a freshly washed and dried car over a wax or sealant or on bare paintwork

Do you dry the car first Chris, as per the bottle instructions? I've always done it that way.

 

Just wonder, as it's a sort of hybrid QD product, that people might use it on a just-rinsed car and wondered what the results were like

BUT

Youre right to ask because I have experimented with this..with some success

I dilute it 50% with water and apply with my detergent bottle my Nilfisk came with

It makes an excellent drying aid

BUT again

Only to an already applied BSD car...a sort of 'refreshment application'

Other application instructions still apply..to a DRY car

Last used it at the weekend, so was fresh in my mind. Was tempted to try it in straight QD mode, but did think that because of the make-up, water already on the car might hinder adhesion.

 

Mind you, that's a bit different to applying a diluted concentration to car that's been dried. Like your thinking on a BSD 'top-up' though, in that format

Yes..its best applied wet over already applied BSD

Seems ive been doing it wrong. Ive never buffed it off!

Yes..Buffing helps because its a sealer primarily, but marketed as a QD

Those who complain of streaks or smears simply havnt buffed it off properly

It must be buffed immediately and then again after youve done the whole car
