what oil for a 1.4 petrol fabia?

i found it in the handbook but want to know what they are in, say for example 20w40.

any help would be great

it's to the skoda uk site and has a list of recommended oil - don't just goon the grade (10w40 etc) when you buy make sure it meets the spec also ( i.e 505.01 etc) as not all do. you can buy te recommended 'quantum' oil at gsf car parts http://www.gsfcarparts.com/contact/branches.asp , they have brannches all round the counrty and its a good price :D .
