So, the volume on my telephone input (hooked up to a parrot-type kit) on my MFD nav unit creeps up slowly over time (like a couple of weeks), until it is deafening and I have to go into the volume setup screen and turn it down again.

 

Anyone else had this?  Are there any firmware updates for the MFD units?

The last firmware update to the original MFD was in 2003, so being an edition 100, it should already have the latest firmware.

 

It was already an old unit when it was fitted to the Superb MK1.
