i have a skoda octavia 2 2007 which has a weird problem.

 

Radiator fan Stays On at the same time ambient temperature disappears on speedometer! when the ambient temperature returns the fans stop. 

i thought they where not related 

please can you help

faulty sensor or wiring issue between the cluster and sensor
