So looks like my new purchase has had turbo failure. Has anyone got any recommendations for anyone that sells replacements? Its for a 2003 Daihatsu Copen 0.6. Its an ihi turbo? Dealer is quoting £850 + vat :(

Tried companies who refurb? I believe Ivor searle have a new turbo centre, engines are always well rated by customers! (it is down in cambridgshire though, but its not too far from yourselves)

Have you looked at turbo dynamics?

Can you get a hybrid turbo?

Garage is going to take the turbo off and see what the damage is. They are hopeful it can be repaired rather than forking out for a whole new turbo!
