I have a 08 Octavia, the petrol gauge wasn't working for a while, it was going to half full then just dropping to empty and not workin again for ages.... But noticed yesterday that the fuel guage is working fine now but now when I turn on the ignition the lights come on even though they are turned off at the switch .

Would anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be.

Any help Greatly appreciated
