Changing parking sensors?

I've got 2 parking sensors dead on the front and another 2 on the rear. Tried getting my arm in the back of the rear bumper but it's very tight, can just get to the sensors. Once I've got hold of the sensor how do I remove them from their holder?

Changing the front bumpers- is it a case of removing the front bumper to gain access? Thanks for any replies
