Hi 

I'm going to fit a tow bar (detachable I hope) to my 2010 octavia estate.

I have reversing sensors fitted do these cause a problem?

Do I have to remove the bumper?

Do I have to cut the bumper?

any issues with the electrics?

Had one fitted to mine before I purchased it (2010 2nd hand)...no probs that I am aware of, and does not look like they cut the bumper....

Not exact equivalent (2012 hatchback) but I had detachable Westfalia towbar fitted.  The reversing light and sensors are disabled when the towbar electrics are connected but I can't remember if this required a VCDS setting .  No cut-out required in the bumper.
