Hey folks

Just wondering if anybody knows the courier company that Superskoda use to deliver to the UK? On the website its says my items were dispatched on the 27 February.......still waiting!!

Contact them. I order some stuff previously and it's arrived within days. However, last time i ordered, i didn't get any confirmation for over week to say when it was dispatched, despite the items being listed as in stock. I email and was told they were waiting for 1 items to come back in to stock. They sent them as soon as they said they had them

Yeah I originally ordered the start of February. They contacted me to tell me an item was out of stock and would send out as soon as they had it back in. Received an email saying dispatched on the 27th Feb and nothing since. When I logged in to my account I noticed there is a package number against my order. Was hoping to find out the courier company they use. I have emailed Superskoda.

They do mark it as dispatched right when they process the order though. And never trust their in stock quote. Waited for a week, then contacted them to find out 1 item was out of stock and they refused to send the rest as a separate package. Had to cancel the out of stock item and order it separately in effect paying the shipping fee twice.

When I ordered some stuff it was GLS to the UK then Parcel Force to the house, took 3 days plus a weekend and able to track all the way.
