AUM oil in throttle body?

Hi guy,

What looks like oil is in the throttle body of my mk4 gti golf here are some photos

If anyone could help me out as the whether that should or shouldn't be there thanks

there is too much oil,I think the turbo is on it's way out,it leaks oil on the intake side

Be carrefoul too muck oil on the intake and into the engine might blow it
