Featured Replies

Evening. Having has a bill of good health from the garage today (expected problems!!) I'm now looking for help with:

Front fog lights

Pedal set (manual)

New style badges

Someone in Sheffield whod would Retrofit cruise control.

Anything else that I can add to my car.

Cheers

Considering adding these to replace my standard boring 15" alloys? I think they'd look good but want another opinion.

These alloys.

Cheers, my standard black pedals just don't look that good. Might get some covers to start with although found a European site with lots of parts on.

Also the fogs probably wouldn't be wire in to the main car wiring. I prefer the look with them on and can make use of them.

Please don't say you're one of those dipsticks who drives around with their fogs on all the time cos they think it's cool?! :D

No blackspaven they'd be wired into the works side of my car.

Cheers, wasn't sure whether I was being stupid or not, do want new alloys as not keen on 15" ones.

To my opinion the wheels you'd posted look great but don't on mk2 octy. Just get a set of 17" Zeniths, run them with summer tyres and keep the 15" as a winter set. Also get some 10-15mm spacers on the rear.

To fit the cruise control you will probably need to change controller so get one with multi function steering wheel support for ability to fit mfsw later on - wouldn't live without it :).

You'd need to drop it to at least a VRS ride height to even get close to not making those wheels look daft on your car. It'd be like pimping a wild west wagon on standard suspension. :x
