Want to put a short shift (quick shifter) on my 2010 octavia 1.6tdi with 5 speed gearbox.

Is it worth it, as i do find throwing the gear shift long way between changes.

Want to put a short shift (quick shifter) on my 2010 octavia 1.6tdi with 5 speed gearbox.

Is it worth it, as i do find throwing the gear shift long way between changes.

The worth of it can only be assessed by you.

 

 It will shorten the throws from about 65mm to 55mm (about 20%).  Some people can't see the point, others think it's not enough.
