Recommend me a catch can please

Featured Replies

Going to start going through the deletes one by one and figured I'd start with the easiest, I've checked out some how to threads but any other advice greatly appreciated.  I've noticed the cans with 19mm in/outlets to match our hoses are few and far between, but I have found this one I quite like:

I'd rather go 19mm to keep the hoses tidy.  Other cans are 15mm and I can only find 19-16mm reducers, or 19-14, a bit weird but makes life a little more complicated.  Will 0.5litres be big enough?  How often do they need emptying?  Anyone got an alternative to the above, reasonably priced, effective and available in the UK?

Cheers guys

I sense my name about to come up :D

What to watch mate is most cheap cans around have no insides, no baffles to seperate gunk from air

I keep my hand in the saikou michi pie ( but non due until end of may )

But yea, they arnt cheapy :(

I try but they are no ebay price

Wothout baffles the cans dont do anything, except collect condensation

Those michis do look good. There are Direnza ones on ebay which I would assume have proper internals? But they're 15mm fit which is a bit of a pita, I don't really want joined up sections.

How much are we talking for the michis? Is that end of May in this country?

Yeah, mine are due end may as his back log is nuts

Dunno when clives are in

I get them at £99 with all fees covered

S3 can with level sight

And colour choice if got enough notice

After reading round it seems for the money and doing it properly the michi can't be beaten. I was hoping it would be an inexpensive mod I could do when changing oil next month. I'll have to see if I can make room in my budget for it, I have maintenance costs to get through at the moment.

It adds up bud

Can is fittings , soon be up 150
