Rear window only working off key fob ...

Today I wound the drivers side rear window down with the switch on the drivers door. All fine so it seemed until I stopped. I went to wind it up with my button and Nada. So I get out and try the switch on the rear door and still nothing. Three last thing I tried was to do it off the key remote and it wound up like normal. This has happened once before. Is this likely to be the door ECU?
