Hello fine chaps from the detailing world, quick question for you.

Mk3 Octy vRS with the fabric / pretend leather seats.

Watched my son play footy a few weeks back and got soaked. We got back in the car wet and now I have what appears to be a faint water mark on the fabric part of the seats.

What would you recommend to remove it please?

Halfords - Auto glym interior shampoo I think it's called. Very good product and easily accessible

I'd try a damp microfibre and elbow grease first

I picked some up yesterday so will try elbow grease first Richf.

Autoglym stuff will do the job, then get them protected.

 

There are a few available such as GTechniq I1, 303 Fabric Guard, Chemical Guys Fabric Guard, Wolfs Nano Textile Sealant.
