Hi, have the factory fit option of bluetooth/rsap phone system fitted to my 2012 Octavia Elegance. No problems until yesterday when even though I can still dial out and see calls coming in there is no ring tone coming through the loudspeaker system.

 

When I did speak with the caller (via phone) they said all that was audible when I answered was a interference sound - no voice.

 

Text messaging works fine and pretty much the only difference is the calling/answering and loudspeaker/microphone not working.

 

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and what the issue could be - reckon trip to Skoda beckons no matter what.
