It will if it has the elongated holes like in this photo.  If it hasn't & there's enough metal in the flange then you can make them with a file.

I don't suppose you know if this fits a Mk2 Fl TSI?

It wil fit if you file out two of the flange holes on the downpipe, you can use the gasket to do this really easily... On the later ones they elongated the holes as std so they can be used on either :-)

I am just in the processes of getting one of these :-/ if price was lower I would consider getting a 2nd hand one
