Hi.. Looking for roof bars. Any suggestions? Its mk2 octavia vrs 2011. There's so many different roof bars on the market that i am completely confused.. Thanks. Roger

I got the ones from Lidl.... they were on deal last year, and briliant for what I need. But they do take a while to put on/take off.

I went for the Thule aero bars for mine.

 

I got mine for £60 off ebay.

 

I think they manufacture the original skoda ones.

Is yours the estate or hatch? I've got the basic Thule bars which are fine - but compared to my previous car that had roof rails, fitting is a bit of a PITA and takes a lot longer.

I've got a Thule set for sale if you have an estate.

Have a look in the 'For Sale' section (price negotiable).

I used the Thule wingbars and left them on majority of the time.
