halfords 3 for 2

Featured Replies

If you haven't seen already halfords have a 3 for 2 mix and match on car detailing stuff.  I saved £22 on stocks yesterday.  Garage detailing cupboard full.... I shouldn't need any stuff for a few years now.... I hope!

Oh and I had looked online before going to my nearest shop.  Online shows AG alloy wheel seal 450ml can 57% off now £3.  In the shop they only had AG wheel protector 300ml for £9 or £10.  M guessing it's just a change of name and tin size leading to a price increase.  If so you might want to stock up if you are lucky enough to see a can of the old named stuff.

It's been on for about 6 weeks now, used it twice. They had an extra 10% off everything yesterday as well.

The AG wheel seal is an end of line product so selling off, that's been on since Christmas, had no stock in any store within 100 mile since Christ as as well :D

Extra 10% yesterday?  Ooo, I didn't notice that but if I got that too, great.   I was able to pay with vouchers bought on a discount scheme and saved a few more quid.

Suspected that was possibly the case re the wheel seal.

Was between 12:00 and 2:00, abit naff really but a great bonus if you didn't know about it :)

Cheers for the heads up, though I'm not a big fan of AG wheel seal as I've never found it to be very durable and personally I think there's better products out there. I'm running short on shampoo though so might get 3 lots of their shampoo conditioner which I like and in the 2.5l size works out to be good value.
