Sell or swap my Fabia ....Its red on an 04 plate and its very good mechanically ...The only thing wrong with the interior is a small hole worn into the drivers seat where you get in / out

Engine / box / brakes all work as they should and its been treated to a new turbo not too long ago ...140 K but will go up slightly as we are still using it to commute

Need an estate car preferably a skoda 1.9tdi fabia or octavia either one will do ...I have cash to put towards the deal or I will sell this car now for £1500 ...or swap

Car is in newcastle upon tyne where I am available at any time for testing of which I will be driving ( had a few bad experiences )

Car needs a tyre as I am running it on the steely spare but you will probably want to change then all for stickier rubber

Neigbour with a Fabia Mk4 called me recently, his drivers door and the rear (right) passenger doors were partly open with what looked like a stainless steel rod jamming the two doors in their partly open/closed positions, to make a long story short, it was the door umbrella that apparently had shot out somehow or other and jammed the two doors, he had partially opened the back door to let his dog out I think and had let his own door partially open, or something like that. Hi Everyone, I have been investigating how I can replace the decorative trim pieces on the console of the O4 (see attached picture (version I would like). The easy part has been figuring out the general part numbers, however I get stuck on the specifics. I know the O4 has two technical variants; one with stock leds and one with RGB leds, and that there is a multitude of different codes for all the different colours/textures. I am looking to remove the spare wheel and lower the boot floor in a 2016 4x4 Yeti - so that there is a larger flat area once the seats are removed. This is what my searches have brought up regards doing this: "With the Haldex four-wheel-drive system, the rear differential and 4x4 running gear sit directly beneath the boot. Been here a little under 7 years. Great forum, I'm sure I'll hang around still but I've moved my octy on now for a VW Tiguan. The Octavia was a cracking car, reliable too. I took it from 47k to 120k miles, and it really didn't disappoint. The only issue it had was the heater matrix, which I had replaced eventually after freezing hands in winter!! It will pass to a new owner with full service history (Independent Vasstechnik in Eastbourne who are just great with all VW group cars). I've left

Last September my Kamiq 1.5 DSG 2020reg (regularly serviced) displayed 'Gearbox in Emergency Mode'. Very near home so able to limp home. Dealer took it in and fixed it under extended warranty. All okay until a month ago when it happened again, this time far from home. Switched off the car, restarted and all back to normal and drove perfectly. Yesterday it happened again and only D2 available. Started car today, no problem, all working, no warning sign. I'll be contacting the dealer again
