Tuning box help

Featured Replies

I have bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 2.2 194bhp 436Nm (auto), but there are very few people that tune them so thought I'd come here and see what boxes get the best reviews.

I've been looking at

DTUK

Chip Express

TDI Tuning

Tunit

Thanks,

As stated very few people tune that as a result hyundai forums have nothing to offer. Thus question here specifically about boxes and peoples experience's.

I have a DTUK box on my 320d.

Good quality piece of kit. Well made, decent customer service and the device has made a real difference to the performance of my car, without feeling like it's being 'stressed'

Try bluespark maybe mines pretty good more torque than overall power they do a few different boxes i opted for the crd2

The OP stated that very few people are tuning Hyundai's, so trying his luck on here :)

Briskoda has a large number of members & many have used tuning boxes, so I would imagine they will give a good idea which companies product is best.

To the OP, I haven't personally used a tuning box for many years, but I have heard good things about DTUK over a few car forums I use :)

Hyundai ecu's are locked like Toyota, no box or anything will work only stand alone ecu and tuning will work, I used to be a rep on Hyundai coupe owner club and tons are tuning hyundais on there so maybe try there

Plenty of VW's , Skoda's , Audi's , Seat's have Locked ECU's the same Locked ECU's, and Tuning Boxes work on them.
