Sports Style Package help

Featured Replies

Hi

I'm looking at the Elegance in Race Blue and adding the sport style package and Hawk Alloys.  Can anyone tell me what the side door and tailgate strips in silver with carbon texture actually look like? The configurator online has been down for weeks which isn't helping me!

Hi thanks but it says different in the uk brochure so really not sure

The carbon effect is seen here:

This is the black carbon - however, the silver carbon effect from memory are a dark anthracite silver / lighter shade of silver (similar to the colour of the Mercedes F1 car) with the carbon weave pattern.  In my opinion the Hawk alloys look great, but I would not bother with the decals.  They are usually damaged by stone chips after a few months - once this happens water gets underneath and helps to lift the decal off.  It also makes it more difficult to polish as you have to mask them up if you are going to machine polish.

Obviously it is your choice - not many people have bothered with them (as you can judge by the responses on here), but if you want to stand out from the norm then why not?  They can always be removed like any badge / sticker down the line if you do not like them, or you can buy replacements via the accessories catalogue / super Skoda etc.

Thanks for the help. Its a company car so adding things after isnt an option. I just want to make it a bit sportier looking? id like the spoiler but not the decals. Not sure how else to achieve the sportier look. Adding the sunset glass, hawk alloys and race blue
