Electric chair presets not working

The chair still moves backwards and forwards, up and down - but the three preset buttons no longer do anything. Wouldn't it be more usual for the whole thing to stop working?

Couldn’t understand why my Karoq “bonged” at me when I got in this morning. Nor could I understand why in bright sunlight was the map display night mode, when it’s set to Auto. Then it “bonged” again when I opened the door to get out. Light bulb moment - the light switch had been knocked from Auto to Side lights. Quite clever really - never ignore a “bong” I think.🤔

Hi, It happened twice now that I walked past my parked and locked Mk IV Octavia and I noticed that the infotainment system was on and the radio playing. Anyone had this before? Both times it was on a sunny day, so quite warm inside the car. Is there any way so that the infotainment system can only be switched on with a key present? Car is from Sep 2020 with 1941 software version. Thanks, Peter

Anyone else here with a 1.5 TSI MHEV/E-tec struggling with their 12V battery? I bought mine new in September (74 plate), and with only 200 miles on the clock, on Monday, it would not start 48 hours after an 80 mile round trip at the weekend (yellow battery symbol on dashboard). Skoda assist came out and tested the battery to be normal with a battery tester, but could not test the battery via a laptop/ODB as the test wouldn't run. Axle stand location

I know others had this problem, but can't find a definitive solution. If I jack up the rear of the car using the reinforced sill-weld, I then have nowhere to put an axle stand. I'm reluctant to pick a suspension member, not being confident it won't get damaged. I noticed just in from the jack points there is an oval plastic cover that comes off and reveals two circulare rubber bungs a few cm apart. I have seen elsewhere someone jacking a Tiguan on this zone using a block of wood as a spreader, s
