factory reset the risks.

Featured Replies

Thinkin of transfairing all my pics to an SD card and then factory resetting my phone to clean it up as its slow and plays up all the time. Other then loosing apps anythin else i should worry about?

Just make sure pics and apps are sync'd to the cloud.  Most do these days.

check make sure any texts are backed up

make sure all phone numbers are backed to either sim or cloud

what phone are you resetting be easier to give advice if we know

try apps SMS backup and Save MMS for messages.

Could also do a trial of Mybackup pro to ensure you have everything

Another thought on it. How full is memory, and could lack of working memory be causing things to slow down. Why not back up contacts to SIM card, and texts /photos to PC and delete the texts /PICS on the phone and see if freeing up memory speeds things up .
