My wifes 53 plat fabia has a stange paint problem. We noticed the other day areas on the silver paintwork where it appears dull, like some polish has been left on, or the laquer has worn off. When I washed the car, these blemishes seemd to go away so I put it down to dirt, but when the car dried, they appeared again.

Any ideas?

stright back to dealer mate! longer you keep it with the prob the more chance of the dealer sayin its somethin you have used and them not doing anythin about it.

My wife has already contacted them. Just sniffing around here to see if there's a known problem.

maybe your silver fab really is a black one and is hiding its identity under a coat of silver? racism is in cars you know too! is it because i is black!!! lol
