Regulators gone on rear windows? check your wiring!

So i have had a very intermittent issue with my rear windows not working. I thought it was my regulators until last night i got the notion to check the wiring loom coming from the B Pillar. This is what I found.

Once I reconnected the wire my window worked perfectly. I suppose 10 years of opening and closing the rear door had its toll.
