Featured Replies

Hi All. I am trying search with forums and google and even mine Superb manual but cannot find  anywhere the list of bulbs in use for subj. car. Any ideas?  Never was a problem before with Octy or Yeti.

Go to www.powerbulbs.com

Thank you all.

So:

High Beam/DRL - H15 (This is really annoying how often Skoda using stupidly expensive bulbs with no reason , the one more I have in DRL for Yeti - P13W)

Fog as usual      - H8

Low Beam          - H7

What about turning indicators? PY21W I am assume?

I was also disappointed with the light output.
So replaced my H7 with osram nightbreakers as recommended in this forum which are much better than stock ones.
I also saw that osram has released H8 and H15 Cool blue intense but cannot find anyone selling them. Although RRP is pretty high. But I would imagine they will be better than noname painted blue bulbs.

Looks like I am going to make DRL myself with something like this

Best halogen H7 bulb is Philip X-treme Vision +130%. I use these on highbeam next to xenons and they are damn bright....pure white a very little yellow hue... Tried osrams and they are now in a garbage can☺....

Coloured glass bulbs are not bright...the color temperature is 4000K or more but this not brightness....brightnes is measured in lumens...coloured bulbs produces less light than clear glass bulbs...

But still.....philips are partially blue but not the complete bulb...pretty logical o

Highly recommend these..eariel used bulbs are Xtreme Vision +80%, then Xtreme Vision +100% and this year Philips Xtreme vision +130%
