Does anyone know if there is any difference in the actual parts in sports pedal packages?

1Z2064200 - listed as for Octavia 1Z and Superb 3T

5L2064200 - listed as for Yeti 5L

Obviously the end of the part number are the same and they look the same but unsure if the internals are the same and if they are interchangeable? Eg: Yeti ones fitting into a Superb?

Any help much appreciated!
