remap advice

Featured Replies

Hello all. I'm new so please don't shoot me down in flames!

Has anyone used beecool in kettering for a custom remap? They say they use "elite software"

Any hints and tips gratefully received.

I would honestly stick to the proper tuning companies if I was you.

A cheap remap may seem like a good idea, but when your turbo pops or engine blows up because its being massively over fuelled, then you will regret not spending a bit more in the first place.

Have a look at Shark Performance (I have their map and its awesome)

Ive had Revo in the past (They do good maps) and I had P-Torque which was also good.

Many on here will advise Shark Performance maps, as they are one of the safest maps available (i.e. they won't chase the biggest bhp figure at the risk of engine damage)

Best of luck, whoever you choose and Welcome to Briskoda (Say goodbye to your savings haha)

Cheers for that Damo

+1 for shark

I'm booked in for a Shark map in July. I'll post back my thoughts when it's been done. They always were highly recommended for the mk1 vrs and it seems they are for diesels as well. Fingers crossed!!
