Doesn't seem to be the right part number that if its for the tailgate inner trim panel? I think it might be the metal spring clip that seats into a plastic retainer? I could be wrong though.

Yep. it covers the electrics etc. Its mainly been a pain in the head as its fallen muliple times!

It will be the length that is the only difference there are others on eBay at differing lengths.

I can't see any similar to order though

OR here's what I did:

Drilled some holes through the front-edge of the boot trim (i.e. the edge that sits nearest the bottom of the window). I then fed some massive cable ties through the holes / stays on the inside of the metal hatch.

I then lifted the front edge of the trim up, fed the cable ties through the holes I had drilled, and zipped them up. Then I just clipped the rear of the trim into it's normal mounts.

The result: in 5 years since, it's never rattled, banged, come loose or dropped off - as they often do. If I want to gain access to the inside of the tailgate again, I just unclip the rear mounts and it then sort of hinges away, hanging on the cable ties. Worked for me!
