Need a 2nd hand bumper painting. Currently silver but needs to be black. Have been quoted £200 + VAT. Is that expensive?

Seems expensive to me. The chap that does my work charges around 120 inc the VAT.

Where i go works out about £100 a panel, so i would look for one in black to be honest rather than pay that price.

I fear, that like anything else...You get what you pay for

He may well get it cheaper, but if he wants a top job that looks OEM, then he may have to pay a little more

I have rung around all the local decent bodyshops. Problem is I can't find a black bumper. Plus this one is a bargain
