Your biggest problem is that people don't tend to sell many parts for the RNS315, it tends to only be the RNS510 that gets individual parts sold. You might want to drop Rustynuts a PM as he is probably the best source on the forum for headunits parts.

 

 

Found a couple that might work but neither are in the UK
