Fabia VRS mk II Estate - 2014. Moon White. 4000 miles

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I'm selling my VRS and hopefully a Brisky member will realise how nice it is and snaffle it up :)

One of the last vRS made and registered in the UK (December 2014)

Finished in special order pearlescent ‘Moon White’ I have owned it from new and it has covered just over 4000 miles only (four thousand)

Great specification that includes:

‘Black Pack’ styling - gloss black grille, roof rails, A pillar trim

Metallic black ‘Giggaro’ alloy wheels with a diamond cut lip.

Satellite Navigation

Bluetooth telephone hands free with touch screen display/call options

Rear parking sensors with on screen distance display.

Bluetooth Music streaming from telephone

MDMI input that can play MP3 files from phone.

Amundsen+ touch screen CD/MP3 head unit.

Latest Maxidot MFD

Steering wheel mounted controls for radio and telephone

Genuine Skoda mud flaps

Genuine Skoda boot liner

Genuine Skoda bumper protector

Being a 2014 car it has the CTHE engine

The condition is ‘as new’ and perfect. Not a blemish anywhere.

Never damaged or repaired.

Right from day one it was professionally detailed and protected with a nano particle paint coating to keep the paint gleaming.

I own a detailing company and its my car so hopefully this can add credibility to my claims on condition,

For all the enthusiasts - As soon as I got it back to my unt I removed all the wheels and sealed them with Gtechniq and also went around all the exposed nuts and bolts on the underside and coated then with Dynax to stop corrosion. I also applied copper slip to the hubs. Pics to prove

The interior has always had seat covers fitted (seats never sat in without)! And has always been garaged, is HPI clear ready to sell.

It is a very sad and genuine sale and one I have changed my mind over a few times. I also have a Roomster black edition and will be staying on the forum, not just selling up and clearing off.

I am confident you will not find a better example

It is very reasonably priced - the new owner will be getting a very special car indeed. With the above in mind, please no time wasters, silly offers or PX thank you. HPI clear. I am open to reasonable offers.

Asking £10995 ono

Well Ive had just one enquiry in around a week. Despite Autotrader and PH both 'recommending' the figure initially advertised for, it seems it may be too high.

Ive taken £1000 off the asking price; hopefully this may entice a few more people.

I'm not in a rush to sell but its parked in my unit on a battery conditioner and not getting any use so I would like to move it on.

Its such an immaculate, well specced and rare car - I do hope a Briskoda member buys it.

  • 2 weeks later...

complete and utter bargain

good bargin for someone

i am so tempted but love my car so would be buying it for the sake of it and would really prefer a mk 3

Surprised no one has snapped your hand off that's cheap as chips!

Thanks for the comments chaps. I thought it best to update this thread.

The car actually 'sold' quite quickly to someone who saw it on the forum but I'm ashamed to say that I ended up changing my mind, messing him around and ended up keeping it.

The thing is, the sale was because I bought a roomster for the wife and thought that it would be great, me with the vrs and wife with the roomster (we have a 2 children, one who uses a wheelchair) but in reality the Vrs didn't really lend itself easily to lifting him in and out. So, the plan was to sell the vrs and me get a ford tourneo MPV - so the order was placed and arrive end of october.

Although I didn't want to sell the VRS, it seemed silly keeping it (well, to the wife more than me) But when the enquiries came in and someone wanted to buy it, It was really hard to let it go. Anyway long story short I managed to keep the vrs as an occasional use car when I'm not on parent school duties.

So, the car is no longer available - I just wanted to explain why and also explain why I ended up messing someone about (sorry once again JT) as it was not something I enjoyed doing.

No doubt it will be put up for sale again next year or whatever, but for now the VRS stays.

For anyone who has ever owned/driven one you will now what an infections little beast they are - the twincharger engine is, imho right up there with my favourite engine of all time - the BMW S54 engine. The whine, whistle and whooshes from that twincharged 4 pot is amazing and the fuel consumption is a very pleasant surprise. It's rumoured the late cthe engine was the final incarnation of this gem of an engine and puts out more than the claims 180 PS and I can completely believe it.

So, I guess the thread is closed now - sorry for waffling on, just didn't want anyone to think I am an ass for pulling out of a sale :)

Don't blame you for wanting to keep it!

I still miss my MK2 VRS estate, although I don't regret it, I still miss it all the same!
