you could use the tapatalk app, email them to yourself, or dropbox or some other image hosting site like imgur or tinypic. Failing that if your phone has an SD card you could transfer them using that.

You can post it on here ,if you tap on the MORE REPLY OPTIONS next to the POST bottom right it will give you option to take a pic or choose from library in the iPhone ,
