So my front wipers work and when I press the wiper stalk back nothing happens... However when the front wipers are on and I put the car in reverse the rear wiper works.. What is going on please help :(

Maybe the motor has seized up think this is a common problem with them

Loose connection somewhere.

As you said, the motor runs when you put the car in reverse with the front wipers on so it is not a motor fault.

Many reports on here of contact problems with both left and right stalks. One post shows how to take the stalk apart to clean the contacts.

Make a search and follow the guidance. It is not too difficult to clean.
