MOT. 

Recent Services: 

•Timing Belt, Tensioner, and Water pump at 105K. 


•PD Oil Change, Oil Filter, Air Filter. 


•Brembo brake discs and pads all round with all suspension components cleaned and painted satin black. 


•Fully reconditioned turbocharger fitted at around 90K. 


•Oil feed and return lines inspected and cleaned. 


•All Vacuum hoses inspected. 


•New console bushes. 


Drivetrain: 

•PD130, ASZ Engine on 108K, Low mileage for any PD engine. 


•Piper straight through cat-back exhaust, Catalytic converter has been retained as the turbo requires a small amount of back pressure to seat the main shaft seals, without the Cat in the downpipe or another silencer downstream this isn’t achieved and can seriously reduce the lifetime of the turbo. This is the optimum exhaust set up for a PD. 


•Seat Sport Front Mount Intercooler with all factory brackets and fixings. 


•Darkside Developments Hard pipe kit, Silicon Hoses throughout and T bolt clamps. 


•Darkside Developments EGR Delete (EML light on due to this but remap will remove it; have proof of no error codes from Skoda). 


•Forge Uprated Actuator Spring. 


•Car was standard all its life until it was remapped at around 85K to 170Bhp and 270ftlbs but to fully benefit from the current modifications should be mapped again. This setup should return around 180-190Bhp and without a torque limit would well exceed 300ftlbs but that’s up to the new owner. 


•When EGR delete was fitted the inlet manifold was removed and cleaned, relevant gaskets renewed. 


Suspension: 

•AP Racing Coilovers fitted less than 1000 miles ago, currently lowered around 70mm Front and 70mm Rear, sensible as this allows for passenger weight / luggage in the back. 


•New front and rear top mount bearings fitted when Coilovers fitted. 


•New Anti-roll bar drop links. 


•Tracking completed by Skoda after fitment of Coilovers. 


Exterior: 

•Black Magic Pearl, Nice paint overall, very deep shine; small mark on rear bumper and the odd stone chip on the front end as with all cars old or new. 


•16” VRS alloys in Anthracite with new centre caps, Decent Tyres. 


•Race Red callipers, recently coated in High Temp resistant paint. 


•Wide-mouth Front bumper to give more airflow to intercooler. 


•All front grill plastics painted satin black. 


•HID Lights throughout. 


•Pressed Plates. 


•De badge. 


•De wiper. 


•Stubby aerial. 


•Wind deflectors 




Interior: 

•Standard VRS interior. 


•Original Cloth seats no wear or tear, recently wet vacuumed. 


•Dash in good condition, no sun damage. 


•Fitted VRS floor mats. 




Overall a good example of the breed, does have some small cosmetic issues but only as I’m fussy. I haven’t had the car long, Intended to keep it and fit a GTB turbo, Sachs multi paddle clutch with a solid flywheel and hose pipe injectors but the opportunity to acquire a truly mint low mileage Mk4 R32 has swayed my decisions. As mentioned above the EML light is on due to the EGR being removed but have proof from a dealer VAGCOM scan that there are no other faults. This car is ready for more power but is already an absolute torque monster, I achieve over 60mpg on a long run and around 55mpg on the way to work every day. I am an enthusiast and have cared well for this car. 


The car will come fully detailed, Washed, De-tarred, Clay barred, all underneath cleaned, paintwork waxed and sealed, all door, boot shuts etc. cleaned and engine bay detailed as shown in the pictures, the car rarely looks any different to the above. I am a self-confessed clean freak.
