I am attempting to wrap some parts if the trim, I know the door trim cannot be removed, have removed the trim surrounding the light switch, but the trim just to the left of the steering wheel seems stuck?

Can this be removed and what about the trim above the glovebox?

 

Also, I saw somewhere that the door handle plastic covers pop off, what's the best way to do this?

It all just pops off with if this make sense "gentle force" and a  screw driver wrapped in cloth (or car dash tools) to pop the handle covers off
