I purchased a skoda fabia in June 2015 brand new after a few months I couldn't open door with remote I took it back to autosales they said barrel had gone I would have to wait 3 weeks for it.after 9 weeks and counting I'm still waiting they said they would keep us updated but nothing I'm absolutely disgusted.

That really is appalling. If you've not already spoken to Skoda customer services, I'd recommend doing so. They're usually very helpful. Worth giving them a call. They might be able to give the dealers a kick up the arse!
