New Fabia vRS

Featured Replies

Evening all.

After much research, pondering, visiting dealers and finally a test drive I collected my brand new Fabia vRS today.

Got home and have spent al lot of the evening getting to grips with the manual! It's early days but already I'm pretty taken with the car. It has some extras that are new to me; xenon headlamps, cruise control a cd changer so I'm looking forward to some exciting motoring ahead and it should be a lot of fun after two Saxo VTRs!

I've had saxo VTR's and a C2 GT (number 00534) and then the vRS, I've never looked back, you don't get the lightweight handling, but the extra power is great fun ;)

Hmm...

I looked at a C2 VTR but thought Citroen were getting too 'corporate look' and had given into making all their cars look the same, just different sizes!

Hi Lee,

Welcome to the site and pleased you have taken up my recommendation to join Briskoda.net. I'm sure you'll find us a good bunch. If you want to try a remapped vRS let me know.

Chris

I also drove the C2 VTS, and though good, the vRS is much faster, and much better built, if you go for a re-map in the future, you'll be even more impressed, oh , and welcome!

Hi there Chris,

I've already done some research on chipped vRS's and may go down that road in the future.

Hello and welcome!

Hello and welcome to the forum :D [also a ex Saxo VTR owner :)]

Welcome to briskoda

I also used to own a saxo VTS good cars when they work!

Looking at remaps already! Oh dear

I used to own a C2 VTR before waking the path of skoda ownership, regardless of what people say about that senso drive gearbox it was a great little car.

Im now on my third skoda and cant see myself buying anything else for a long time.

welcome to the site:thumbup:
