Octavia ii vrs intermittent electrical issues

Hello searched forum but couldn't see anything similar so here goes.

Our Vrs started developing fault where drivers door wouldn't open, anti pinch wld keep putting window down and horn wouldn't sound. Had window and door sorted but the other day the horn, rear wiper and rear wash wouldn't work. Down the magic off and on with car and it works again. Been back and for dealership 3 times but they say no faults found. Skoda UK are also unwilling to change the part they think is causing the issue!!
