Wheel bolts...

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I've just bought a used set of audi tt alloy wheels circa 2000 I'm guessing buy without the bolts. They're 5x100 but no idea how to find out what bolts are required... Can anyone advise??

Cheers

Do you currently have alloys or steels?

Main thing to check is, if you need bolts with a spherical or cone seat.

Look at your existing bolts. When you get your alloys through try placing one of the bolts into the alloy hole and see if it firmly locates.

I had to buy the other type.

Another thing to check is the length. I had to cut mine all down as they stuck out too far past the other side of the hub.
