Happened twice in last 3 months.

 

car cuts out while coming to a standstill and then wont start comes up code 16688 intermitent misfire Cylinder no4.

Had a new loom three years ago a reconditioned engine 2 years ago.

Car has 233000 miles and looking at service history and all paperwork it has never appeared to have a fuel pump.

Am I clutching at straws or am I looking down the injector route?
